Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
12 oz. sliced pepperoni
16 oz. colby jack cheese, cubed
(3) 8 oz. Pillsbury Big Biscuits, Buttermilk, Flaky Layers
8 oz. grated parmesan cheese
3.1 oz. Italian style seasoning
4 oz. garlic powder
Eggs
Marinara Sauce, for dipping
Directions
- Half the biscuit so you have a top and bottom.
- Flatten biscuit.
- Add pepperoni in the center, then a cube of cheese and a pepperoni on top.
- Fold up biscuit to form a ball.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake at 425 F for 14 minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
